Reflecting on Trualta’s Transformative 2023

2023 was an incredible year for Trualta, filled with growth, key hires, new platform features, and thousands of more confident caregivers. Let’s take a moment to reflect on what Trualta accomplished over the past year.

Milestones in Expansion

Expanding Reach: To date, Trualta has helped caregivers across 32 states, catering to diverse demographics within urban, suburban, and rural settings.

Strategic Partnerships: This year we partnered with the government, several large health plans, and healthcare providers, reinforcing our standing as the leading caregiver support platform.

Evolution of Platform Features

Community Features: In 2023 we unveiled a suite of community-driven features that are available to caregivers in certain regions:

  • Chat Rooms: This year we introduced a chat room feature which serves as a forum for different caregiving topics. Caregivers can post about their own experiences, share tips, and learn about what others are going through.
  • Virtual Support Groups: Our virtual support groups emerged as vibrant hubs. Ninety-nine percent of participants reported lower isolation following a four-session cohort (with a notable 75% caregiver retention rate).
  • Webinars: Garnering an average of 200 registrations per event, our interactive webinars resulted in a 96% knowledge acquisition rate and an 82% decrease in isolation post-engagement. Notably, topics centered around caregiver wellness experienced a 10% surge in attendance.
  • Care Coaching: Caregivers who need urgent one-on-one support can access Trualta’s Care Coaching feature for personalized assistance and guidance.

Diversity and Rebranding Initiatives

Language Accessibility: July marked the launch of Trualta’s Spanish portal, curated to ensure cultural relevance and inclusivity.

“Better DaysTM” Branding: Embracing a narrative centered on incremental improvements in caregiving experiences, the “Better Days” ethos emphasizes:

  • Easier interactions with the person you care for
  • A sense of control in your caregiving tasks
  • Moments of your own self-care
  • A pleasant experience with your care recipient
  • Finding silver linings wherever they may be
  • Comfort knowing you’re doing the best you can

Diverse Content Spectrum

We continue to address a spectrum of caregiving scenarios, from supporting grandparents raising grandchildren to aiding individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and broadened our offerings to encompass a wider range of caregiving dynamics.
