Photo and Video Usage Agreement

By engaging in a photography and/or video shoot and/or event with Trualta Inc., a Missouri corporation with offices at 825 Edmond Street, St. Joseph, MO 64501 (“Trualta”), you grant Trualta the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and/or videos taken of you, for any purpose and in any manner or medium, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, publicity, or trade, without compensation to you.

Please be aware that the photographs and/or videos may be altered or modified in any way, and that Trualta owns all rights to the photographs and/or videos. By participating, you release Trualta and all persons acting under their permission or authority, from any liability or claims that may arise from the use of the photographs and/or videos, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or copyright infringement.

Participation in this activity confirms that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read and understood this release form. Please note that by proceeding with this activity, you are giving up certain legal rights. We strongly recommend you to proceed with full understanding and of your own free will.
